Terms of Service

DARIUS is a CRM for media-buying teams to view statistics, build reports, automate rules and launch campaigns in their own Meta (Facebook) ad accounts. By using DARIUS you agree to these terms.

Accounts and access

• Access is granted by invitation or after an approved sign-up request. You are responsible for keeping your login, password and 2FA secure.
• You may connect only ad accounts, Pages and access tokens that you own or are authorized to manage.

Acceptable use

• You must comply with Meta's Terms, Advertising Policies and Platform Terms when using DARIUS.
• You are responsible for the content of your ads and for the rules and launches you create; DARIUS performs actions only on your instruction.
• Do not use DARIUS to access accounts without permission, to circumvent Meta's restrictions, or for any unlawful purpose.

Data

How we process data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your data as described in Data Deletion Instructions.

Availability and liability

DARIUS is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for ad spend, account restrictions or losses resulting from the use of the service or from changes in Meta's platform. Access may be suspended for violations of these terms.
